We love to hear from customers, whether what we do is good or bad. We all love getting great customer service and we always aim to give as good a service as we would expect to receive ourselves.
Sometimes though, things don't always run smoothly. Some times the odd technical glitch pops up, sometimes it's third party intervention whether it's a royal mail strike, a supplier not delivering on time or even a power cut. We try to deal with these issues as best we can, in order to still deliver great customer service.
We always remember that it's a living human being on the end of the phone or
receiving an email, in the same way that we, ourselves are not robots.
